Photorealistic object and scene representation

	Unlimited image count and resolution RealityScan ingests imagery from virtually any source: smartphones, DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drone rigs, video frames, or screenshots. Import image files of any resolution and in any quantity. Thanks to our out-of-core algorithms, there are no hidden limits on image count or pixel dimensions, so you can process massive datasets on a single machine.
	Photorealistic digital twins By fusing high-resolution photographs with aerial and ground LiDAR scans, RealityScan produces true-to-life digital twins of interior and exterior spaces, capturing color and geometry with exceptional accuracy and unmatched speed.
	Precision scaling and georeferencing Automatically scale your model using coded markers and defined constraints, or import ground control-point measurements, flight logs, or RTK/PPK accuracies to align it with world coordinates and ensure survey-grade accuracy. Use XMP metadata to lock and reuse camera priors (precomputed camera positions and orientations), which is useful for reconstruction of repetitive objects and human scanning with fixed camera rigs.

Cleanup and optimization

	Scalable UV unwrap solution Pick between default geometric or mosaic unwrapping methods to optimize texel density and texture quality. Use a fixed texel size style to achieve maximal texture resolutions that match your imported imagery, or adjust the number of textures and their resolutions to find a balance between UV chart size and texture utilization.
	Topology cleanup and refinement Use simplification and smoothing tools to reduce noise and polygon counts. The automatic hole-closing and clean model tools seal gaps and correct geometry errors in seconds. Remove unwanted elements by lassoing sections or entire objects and deleting them with the filter selection tool.
	High-fidelity surface baking RealityScan can reconstruct billions of triangles to capture every surface nuance—from fine details to subtle fabric folds. The texture reprojection tool can automatically bake this detail into normal and displacement maps, making a low-poly mesh appear to contain billions of vertices.
