At NOVEDGE, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our standard restocking fees.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original condition and packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
